Sony has unveiled a new Vaio YB-Series laptop based AMD Brazos platform. The new laptop was showcased at CES 2011 and powered by a 1.6 GHz AMD E-350 processor with Radeon HD 6310 graphics, an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, up to 4GB of storage and a 500GB hard drive.
The 3.2 pounds Sony Vaio YB-Series also include 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, VGA and HDMI output, three USB ports, and up to 6 hours of standard battery life.

The Sony YB-Series should be available next month and a starting price for about $550.
